Can you bill my Distance Learning School?
This is dependent on what your Distance Learning School allows as a vendor. In most districts, yes, we can directly bill your Distance Learning School if the program is being offered during the school year. Summer programs are not eligible.
Can you direct bill our special education/AFU etc?
Yes, in most cases we are able to bill these organizations directly.
What ages can participate?
Our programs are geared toward participants 6 – 13 years old with the exception of family sessions that welcome all ages.
Where does the program run each day?
Program locations vary depending on the community they are being offered in. You can find all of the currently available locations on the Program Schedules page. Under the Arch Outdoor travels island-wide, if you do not see a program offered in your community and are interested in having us come to you, please use the Contact Us page to get in touch.
How many students are in each session?
To maintain educational integrity and create an environment that is optimal for immersive learning, sessions are purposely kept small. Sessions with one facilitator have a six-participant maximum. Sessions with two facilitators have a twelve participant maximum

Is there someone onsite with first aid training?
Yes. Both facilitators are wilderness first aid certified.
What would my child need to bring each day?
- A lunch/snacks/water
- Change of clothing
- Appropriate clothing for the weather (sessions run in most types of weather)
